Non-Refundable Deposit Policy

Board & Train Program

To reserve a spot in our Board & Train Program, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your dog’s scheduled training dates and guarantees your placement in the program.

Once the deposit is submitted, it is non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to schedule changes, cancellations, personal conflicts, or failure to attend.

If you need to reschedule, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new date based on availability; however, the deposit will not be refunded or credited unless explicitly approved in writing by the Company.

By submitting the deposit, the Client acknowledges and accepts these terms.


Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy

48-Hour Notice Requirement

Clients are required to provide a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any training session. Notice must be provided through the Company’s approved communication channels.

Any session cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or any missed appointment (no-show), will be charged in full. These fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

This policy exists to ensure our trainers’ time is respected and to account for preparation, reserved scheduling, and the inability to fill appointments on short notice.

By booking a training session, the Client agrees to this policy in full.


Board & Train Deposit Agreement

By reserving a spot in our Board & Train Program, the Client confirms that a non-refundable deposit is required to secure program dates and allocate training resources.

All deposits are strictly non-refundable, without exception, including cancellations, schedule changes, personal conflicts, or failure to attend. Once submitted, deposits cannot be returned, reversed, or transferred to another service unless approved in writing by the Company.

Rescheduling requests may be accommodated based on availability; however, rescheduling does not change the non-refundable status of the original deposit.

By submitting payment, the Client confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.


Refund Policy

All sales of dog training programs, packages, courses, and services offered by McMillan Mastiffs are final.

Due to the nature of dog training services, which involve professional time, expertise, and limited availability, no refunds will be issued once a program has been purchased, regardless of participation, completion, or results.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing services from McMillan Mastiffs, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered. Any chargeback initiated in violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of services and additional administrative fees.
